North Australia Projects and Services (NAPAS) is a family owned and operated construction company founded in 2023 by Larrakia woman, Jodie Falck, and co-director, Tom Falck.
We provide a comprehensive range of construction, maintenance, and project delivery services for Defence, commercial, Government, and community clients. Our approach is built on collaboration, clear communication, and practical solutions that suit the unique conditions of Northern Australia.
Our team brings extensive cultural knowledge and on-country experience, giving us a genuine advantage in delivering projects across regional and remote locations. We maintain an unwavering focus on local engagement, workforce development, and meaningful community benefit. This includes supporting Aboriginal employment pathways and working closely with Territory-based subcontractors, suppliers, and training partners.
Our Cultural Identity
In 2024 we commissioned Larrakia artist, Trent Lee, to create the NAPAS logo and artwork that reflects the journey of Jodie and Tom, their connection to Country, and the evolution of the company. The artwork represents the values that guide our work, including respect, collaboration, resilience, and long-term community impact.
