NAPAS maintains an Indigenous employment rate of around 80%, reflecting our commitment to genuine career pathways, skills development, and long-term economic participation for Aboriginal people across the Northern Territory. Our team combines trade expertise, cultural knowledge, and strong project leadership to deliver practical results across commercial, residential, and remote projects.
Managing Director
Jodie is a proud Larrakia woman with 10 years’ experience in the construction industry. Her background includes roles as Project Coordinator and Project Manager, supported by strong capability in Indigenous Engagement, business operations, event management and customer success.
She plays a key role in guiding the strategic direction of NAPAS and building partnerships across Government, industry, and community sectors.
Director
Tom is an experienced carpenter with 20 years’ industry experience and a strong focus on remote project delivery. He is skilled in on-site problem solving and leading diverse trade teams across regional and remote locations.
Tom is committed to cultural understanding, workplace inclusion, and supporting Indigenous workers to progress through apprenticeships, trade qualifications, and leadership roles.
